The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account with daun77:
To access the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the daun77 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or using third-party details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, daun77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all Bonus Funds, and withhold any winnings generated through the duplicated accounts pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to access your account. daun77 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Any changes to your personal details — including your registered bank account or e-wallet information — must be reported to our support team promptly. daun77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend account activity while changes are being verified.
daun77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Before processing any withdrawal request, or at any point we deem necessary for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
KYC documents are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours of submission. During the verification period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. daun77 will notify you promptly of the outcome of your verification review. Repeated failure to provide adequate documentation may result in account suspension.
All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely with encryption and are not disclosed to third parties except where required by law or our licensing obligations.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of each transaction and may vary by payment method. daun77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Users who have applied voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming Tools will have those limits applied at the point of transaction, regardless of the standard platform limits.
Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your account within minutes during normal banking hours (Monday–Saturday, 07:00–22:00 WIB). You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a KYC review. daun77 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activities.
Currency Note: All transactions on daun77 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Foreign currency deposits are not accepted. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the KYC verification process described in Clause 4. Withdrawal requests will be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations.
daun77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours, subject to KYC clearance and fraud screening. Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts are typically the fastest. Delays beyond 24 hours will be communicated to the User via their registered contact information. daun77 targets withdrawal processing during WIB business hours.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are communicated at the point of transaction. daun77 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals that exceed defined thresholds, in compliance with our anti-money-laundering procedures.
Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. They must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirements (as specified in the relevant bonus offer). Only the resulting real-money winnings, up to any applicable maximum win cap, become eligible for withdrawal. Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, any remaining Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
daun77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account duplication, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. The User will be informed of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.
All bonuses and promotions offered by daun77 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, or BRI Liga 1 season launches — are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these General Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise, all bonus awards carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games or markets, minimum odds, and validity period are set out in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold, on excluded games, or via certain mix parlay (accumulator) combinations may not contribute to wagering requirements.
daun77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Where abuse is identified, daun77 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses, void associated winnings, and close the relevant accounts without prior notice.
daun77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account and actively being wagered will be honoured subject to their stated terms at the time of crediting, unless fraud is suspected.
All sports bets — including single bets, Asian Handicap wagers, mix parlay accumulators, and voor bola (Indonesian goal-handicap) markets — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform. daun77 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by proven match-fixing, cancellation due to force majeure, or where a manifest pricing error has occurred.

An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction activity has occurred for 12 consecutive months. daun77 will notify the account holder prior to any administrative action. Dormant account fees may apply as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. Remaining balances will be maintained and are returnable upon verified request.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, daun77, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or failure of security — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
daun77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
daun77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate software to protect your own device.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless daun77 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Services; (b) your breach of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to daun77's international licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in English before a mutually agreed-upon arbitral body, in accordance with its then-current rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to commence or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative action against daun77.
